Apply cuticle oil 1-2 times every day to maintain flexibility and prevent your polish from lifting or chipping. Also use a hand cream or moisturizer regularly. Keeping hydrated skin results in a healthier nail plate.
MECHANICAL STRESS
Always wear gloves when cleaning, gardening, or dishwashing. Household chemicals and prolonged water exposure can weaken nail bonds and cause chipping. Also, don't use nails as tools, for example, opening pop cans, scratching surfaces, poking through plastic packaging, etc.
AVOID PICKING & PEELING
Never peel off gel or acrylics. This removes the top layers of your natural nail, causing long-term thinning and sensitivity.
TIMELY FILLS
